Laksa is a national snack for Chinese people in Malaysia. It is a bit like rice noodles. It tastes sweet and sour, and usually has seafood as the soup. There is also satay skewers, both beef and chicken, which are great with a big glass of Carlsberg.

A local friend brought us here for lunch on the weekend. This Bak Kut Teh shop has been open for many years. The decoration is not very elaborate. But the food is delicious. So the business is very good. In addition to Bak Kut Teh, the hot fish here is also delicious.

Tampoi Laksa

The chicken masala was our favourite and everything was excellent. My wife and I went for lunch last Saturday and there were only a few people eating inside. The service was excellent. They were fully booked for the next few nights and recommended that we make reservations for dinner. The meat was slow cooked. I don&#39;t know how they did it but the curry was thick and creamy and refreshing. I would love to know how they did it. Next time I think we will order some vegetables too. My wife doesn&#39;t like to order a hot drink like me so I ordered it medium for her and the waiter brought out a green chili for us to try. We will be back.

High-end Indian food, because there are knives and forks in it, instead of eating with hands, the curry inside is good, the rice is very big and a bowl, enough for a family of three to eat, no need to add staple food.
